Organizing modules on Bintray

So we will stick to using one repo for now. I’ve written down the migration path for Bintray/Addons from Modulus at Bintray Migration Path. Please have a look at it and see if I missed anything. Please also review the new Module Release page. Let’s try to set some deadlines.
