Default forms in left panel observations tab

Hi,

I created some forms with the Forms Builder of Bahmni. Now I want to display one of it as default. I’ve seen I’ve to add config section in the clinical/extension.json file, but the form won’t show up. Can you please help me?

Currently having the same problem. Did you figure out how to solve it?
