Daylight Saving Time Begins Sunday, March 8, 2020

For most of the United States, Canada, and Mexico’s northern border cities, Daylight Saving Time started today, March 8, 2020. Those in our community who live in areas observing DST will spring forward one hour.

What does this mean for us? Meeting times will change for some people and not others, depending on the meeting and your location. For example:

  • PM Meeting remains at 3pm UTC/6pm Nairobi. For those observing DST, this meeting will be one hour later: 11am EST/8am PST.
  • Monday Design Forum remains at 4pm UTC/7pm Nairobi. For those observing DST, this meeting will be one hour later: 12pm EST/9am PST.
  • Wednesday Design Forum will be at 6pm UTC/9pm Nairobi - one hour earlier. It remains at 2pm EST/11am PST for those observing DST.
  • Thursday Strategy & Operations Meeting will be at 5pm UTC/8pm Nairobi - one hour earlier. It remains at 12pm EST/9am PST for those observing DST.
