Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on an XForm for patient registration where I need to capture more than one identifier. Specifically, I want to display both the HEI number and the PAEDS number on the data entry forms. While I can see both IDs on the patient dashboard, I’m facing a challenge with adding “other identifiers” in the form schema. Right now, I only see the “PATIENT.MEDICAL_RECORD_NUMBER.”
I’m using OpenMRS version 2.2.1 and XForm version 4.3.14.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to effectively add these additional identifiers to the form schema? Any insights or examples would be greatly appreciated!
