I need to create a graph based on the vitals depicted in the attached photo. I’m not entirely sure of the best approach to visualize this data effectively.

Could anyone provide guidance or suggestions on how to convert the vitals from the attached image into a graph? Any tips on tools or steps to take would be greatly appreciated.
