Custom fileds not appearing in the Print Registration Card

We have added a custom filed , ID number and ID type - DL / PP /Govt ID but when we print the “Registration Card” its not printing this new custom fields in the registration card.

we are using Bahmni version 0.92

Also if. you wish to refer to new attributes in printed card, the template html needs to be modified, see sample here: default-config/print.html at master · Bahmni/default-config · GitHub
