Creating new tab on Clinical -> Consultation page.

Hey I am trying to create a new tab on Clinical -> Consultation page. I followed all steps from

I get the tab. However, it’s completely empty and nothing from the VITALS_CONCEPT being shown there. What am I missing?

The documentation is about creating a “Form” not for creating a tab. Dynamic tab creation in Clinical module is not present.
