Creating a general criteria To determine which Modules to bundle into the refapp

During the release process , we usually come to points of removing or adding modules into the reff app distribution. We need to have a documented general criteria , to use when determining which modules to bundle with the refapp , since we dont want to have the reff app too bulky unnecesarilly.

This thread is to get ideas/guidelines that we are going to document on our wiki.

the first point would be bundling modules that have been tested by implementors

@mozzy hei moses do we plan to have a release this year??

@herbert24 , it may not happen this year , we will now have to depend on the new platform version to be released. Some features in reff app require core 2.3.0
