Configuring the length of HL7 message for more than 200 characters

Hi,

I am currently trying to configure the length of HL7 message, especially the OBX.5 (Observation Values) in the pacs-integration. I saw that here (see photo below) was a TODO from the team who developed. Anyone knows if this was developed?

P.S without this noValidation() I get an error as

Caused by: ca.uhn.hl7v2.validation.ValidationException: Validation failed: Primitive value ..... requires to be shorter than 200 characters
