Community BOD Election Notice

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope you all are as excited as I am about this year. I really believe that we’re going to accomplish great things, and together we can set an example of how to positively affect change.

I wanted to give you all a heads-up about an email for the Community BOD election with the subject line “Vote on the next OpenMRS Community Board Member.” This email was sent to all community members who have posted to Talk within the last year*. If you haven’t received it and have posted to Talk last year, please check your spam folder.

Let me know if you have any questions!

* Anyone who posted to Talk 22-Dec-2015 through 22-Dec-2016 with a valid email address in their Talk profile should have received a notice at that email.

FYI - We’ve had a few people report not getting the email notice. In all cases thus far, they had either not posted to Talk between 22-Dec-2015 and 22-Dec-2016 or they were eventually able to find the email notice (e.g., in their spam folder).

For those of you lucky enough to be using Exchange/Outlook  mine ended up quarantined. You may be able to see your quarantined mail here when you are logged in to your Microsoft account.

Take care, Mark
