Collapse all bahmni observation form sections on page load

Hello,

I have a observation form which has many fields and i have grouped them in sections but when i try to load the form all the section are expanded by default. My question is how do i configure bahmni to allow collapse all the sections on the page load? before:

after refreshing the page, i want it to be like this:

bahmni version: 0.90

There is no configuration to do this. After load please use the Expand/Collapse buttons on Form level right top corner.
