Hi All,

We wish to announce the scheduled sprint 5 demo of the cohort builder module and invite all to the event which will hold on Wednesday 3rd May, 2017 by 1pm GMT, further details of the demo are outlined below:

Hi @burke, please can we get permission to edit the OpenMrs calendar so we are able to create an event for this demo and subsequent demos that we’ll be having ?

@dkayiwa should be able to grant you access. The calendar is a Google calendar, so access is granted via Google accounts. PM me the email accounts you use with Google and I will grant you access to the OpenMRS Calendar.

@aolaniran I have some conflicting meetings during that time so I won’t be able to make it.

I could do that same time on Wed 3 May. Or else I will try to catch if someone shares a recording or some notes.

PS- In general I would like to participate in these demos (and I imagine that Burke does also, and I think he can’t do Tuesdays), so I suggest that prior to the next one you send around a poll and pick a suitable time for all who want to attend. http://doodle.com and http://whenisgood.net/ are good for this.

Hello @darius, we agree with your suggestion and on subsequent demos we would send a poll to pick a suitable time for all who want to attend.

We have also rescheduled the demo for tomorrow (03/05/2017, 1:00PM GMT) and updated the relevant calendar and talk posts.
