cohor builder doesnt recognize imported concepts

I imported an HTML form from a previous implementation along with its concepts. The cohort builder doesn’t recognize the names of its concepts and observations. it only recognizes the ID (eg. 627834) so i can’t search for observations by the name.

Is there a way around this problem?
