This plugin is outdated (over a year old) and was created by a now retired Discourse developer. If it gets updated we can take a further look, but meanwhile we have checklist features in Confluence and issue tracking in JIRA.

Oops. In my haste, I referenced the wrong repository. I discovered the plugin from this topic. I’ve updated the repo link in my original post.
