Hello Everyone, I am sorry to reupload this again. time is running and i am participating in GSOC, and still didnt make any PRs. I am having issues loging in to Jira though i got confirmation access in email.
What happens when you try using a different browser?
Same error happens, deleting cookies and cache dosent do anything too.
How are you logging in? What ID do you provide?
I am logging in with this email mohamedalimefteh.fl@id.openmrs.org My openmrsID is :mohamedalimefteh.fl The problem in my openmrs account my username is set to mohamedalimefteh.fl@gmail.com which dosent make sense and i dont know if it is the issue or not.
Can you reach out to the OpenMRS Help Desk for help?
I already reached out to them and thankfully the problem is solved.
