Can't Access Jira

Hello Everyone, I am Having a problem with my access to Jira, After requesting Access and being granted, this what happens when I try to access with openmrsid@id.openmrs.org

  1. Clear Cache & Cookies – Sometimes, stored session data can cause login issues.
  2. Try Incognito Mode – Open Jira in a private/incognito window and log in again.
  3. Reset Your Password – Go to OpenMRS ID Reset and reset your password.
  4. Ensure You’re Using the Correct Email – Your OpenMRS ID should be in the format: your-username@id.openmrs.org.
  5. Check for Access Approval – If your access was just granted, it might take some time to update.
