I stumbled upon this when mentioning a user:
This happened with an usual category such as ‘Implementing’ and with a user that looks all the more regular as well. Did any Talk users settings change recently?
This is where the problem occurred.
Yeah – if security settings blocks a specific user from seeing a given category – or if they’ve chosen to mute that category – they won’t be notified…this is by design. I’ve done the same…
Ok thanks, I didn’t think that they might have opted themselves out from certain categories. That must have been what’s happened.
