can anyone restart jira?

looks it’s down and needs a restart. I know we are still working on making this a better process.

We need more experienced people willing to be on-call. This isn’t a 9-5 gig – you could theoretically be woken up at 3am – but the community could probably use more backups.

I can help whenever I can but, can’t do the 24/7 since I already do at my regular job.
