The CI plan for the registration core module is broken, from these it looks like it is unable to reach the maven repo, anybody knows what needs to be done to fix this?

This is resolved, someone changed the JDK version to 8 and now the build is green, I think it was @dkayiwa, thanks! Seems like Java 7 has some bug where it defaults to TLS 1 which could be the cause of the issue.
