Breaking build on releasing reff app

On releasing reff app, after spinning the run button (bamboo dashboard), i get the build breaking with these logs INFO] [INFO] Downloaded: http://mavenrepo.openmrs.org/nexus/content/repositories - Pastebin.com ,could i be missing some thing cc @dkayiwa @ibacher

Update all snapshot versions in distro

  1. openmrs-module-webservices.rest/pom.xml at master · openmrs/openmrs-module-webservices.rest · GitHub , it have the same version as in distro,

    2.you can change this version back to 2.11.0 in distro because we already released this version openmrs-module-referenceapplication/pom.xml at master · openmrs/openmrs-module-referenceapplication · GitHub incase everything is fine to release

    3.You can also change this version from snapshot openmrs-distro-referenceapplication/pom.xml at master · openmrs/openmrs-distro-referenceapplication · GitHub to stable version

Ohh other option is to override them via bamboo, but preferably updating version is the better option
