Bahmni shared remote radiology system

Greetings,

I am new to bahmni and Imaging Healthcare Software but have a system in mind. I would like to implement a cloud based PACS server that would be used by several hospitals and clinics. This would allow them to share Images, however I would like priory each hospital to have access to its own images and can be granted access to other hospital’s images in some cases. here is the proposed design. Capture

Questions:

  1. Can Bahmni be used for the above purpose?

  2. What about the access control issue?

  3. Is there any guideline of how to implement such a system? If yes, Can you please share?

  4. Is there a documentation about the Webapp and api of bahmni?
