I wanted to add a custom header informations on top Bahmni report headers above:

What is the best way to implement this without making changes to Bahmni reports codebase

I think this will require some minimal code change. There isn’t a configuration for this AFAIK. Can you please provide more details on what you are hoping to achieve? Maybe we can make this an enhancement for future?
