Is there any doctor to doctor referral mechanism within the same hospital in Bahmni?

The way people use Bahmni currently is that they don’t “assign” patients to doctors. They only start a visit when Patient comes to Registration Desk/Reception, and ask patients to go see DocA or DocB etc… And then when a patient comes to the doctor, the doctor opens up the patient record in Bahmni and does consultation. There isn’t a “Referral” workflow in Bahmni.
This way, we know which Doctor saw which patient, but the decision / tracking of where to send which patient is done by hospitals outside the system.
