Bahmni after upgrade minor version 0.89 issue

After upgrade using bahmni -i local install from 0.89-206 to 0.89-208, now when I search for any concept in the Concept Dictionary Maintenance I am getting “No matching records founds” as shown below

Any idea why this is happening ?

Hi Mustafa, Like described in the 0.89 release upgrade instructions please try rebuilding the lucene index. https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/display/BAH/Release+Notes That should fix this.
