Bahmni(0.91) EMR UI giving hibernate exception

Dear Altruist,

I have just installed Bahmni version 0.91 in my Centos 6.9 machine. Installation goes smooth and fine but while trying to register a patient from EMR UI it is giving following hibernate exception. Although, I could find patient in openMRS and later search from EMR interface.

Unknown service requested [org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.connections.spi.ConnectionProvider] [Could not open Hibernate Session for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.service.UnknownServiceException: Unknown service requested [org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.connections.spi.ConnectionProvider]]

can you please help me with information what I am missing in my environment?

Hi @sohel, We need more details to debug the issue. Is it a fresh 0.91 Bahmni installation or Bahmni upgrade ?? Can you please share the openmrs log here.

@binduk Thanks for your prompt reply, it is fresh installation. After restarting openmrs it is gone. Now it is working perfectly.
