BA/UX group in Github?

So when working on O3, I notice that it’s not unusual for functionality and/or UX questions to come up i the context of PRs. For example, see:

When this happens, I want to loop in my BA/functional team members like @fanderson and @ddesimone , but I can’t flag someone in Github unless they are explicitly added as a collaborator to a github project, for example see how I added Fiona here:

So we don’t have to individually add UX/BA users to all O3 project, what would people think of creating a “UX/BA” Team, similar to the “dev” teams that we have, that get added to all the main O3 projects? We could give the team only Read or Triage permissions, so they are able to comment on PRs, but not modify code?

Thoughts? @grace @dkigen @ibacher @mseaton

Take care, Mark

I’m fine with creating a group for this. Just, FWIW, we have no ability to bulk-manage repo permissions (that’s an Enterprise feature), so the group will need to be manually added to repos, but that’s better than nothing…

Wrong about the bulk managing. It looks like we can at least assign repos to the team, which works just as well. New team! https://github.com/orgs/openmrs/teams/product-ux/
