Authentication issues with JIRA/Confluence

It seems that the upgrade of ID dashboard caused some unintended issues relating to synchronization of records from OpenLDAP to Crowd, and then to Confluence & JIRA. ID Dashboard and Crowd are the only applications which speak directly to OpenLDAP, Confluence and JIRA work against Crowd.

That said, I BELIEVE things have stablized for now, however if any issues DO occur, do not hesitate to contact the helpdesk.

That explains the strangeness that i noticed with JIRA. Thanks @r0bby for looking into this and notifying us. :slight_smile:

I’m not sure – right now our infrastructure is pretty much…it’s bad…
