I’m willing to implement OPENMRS reference application in a surgical department of a hospital, and i want to know if and how i can add some features that i need on the registration form:

choosing a pathology

choosing the doctor to assign the patient to (from a drop down list that also has the number of patients related to each doctor next to the doctor name )
