hello everyone. i have found these tickets. is it okay for me to take any one of them. i can see they were made in november last year and seem unassigned till date.
If the ticket is unassigned, Ready to work or To do state with no active PR you are free to claim it as long as you have the skills it takes. Besides, don’t ignore the comments attached to the ticket.
