Are contributions for OpenMRS iOS Client allowed ?

Hi, I want to ask that are contributions for iOS clients allowed. If yes then can anyone give me the link.

I’m sure having a iOS client would be a good thing. According to the wiki page, the repository is here. However, it doesn’t look like it’s been touched in 4 years.

Personally, I’d be in favor of migrating the existing Android client to something like Multi-OS Engine, from which a iOS app could easily be created.

How about migrating to Flutter or React Native?

I don’t have a strong opinion either way. My reason for thinking of Multi-OS Engine over Flutter or React Native was to be able to more easily harvest the work on the Android client, which is written in Java. I’d be worried that a re-write in Dart or React would simply leave us with another application that’s active for a GSoC cycle or two and then gets abandoned. That said, if some new technology stack could attract strong developers to help our efforts, I’m all in favour of it.

Great idea
