Session Title: Approach & planning for large scale Rollout of EMR

Session Type: Short Unconference Session (small room group discussion, 50 minutes)

Description: I would like to propose this session, to hear experiences and stories from others. This would be focussed around how people went about planning for large scale rollouts. Interested in knowing various factors that were considered, what challenges were expected & which cropped up during rollout. What was the approach towards training, go-live support and providing post go-live support.
