I successfully installed the register module to an instance of OpenMRS 1.6.3 but was unable to create a register. The register type is required in order to create a register, yet the register type dropdown is empty. Has anybody been able to install this module? Were you faced with this challenge? What version of OpenMRS and of the module are you using and how were you able to get around this problem?
