Hey OpenMRS community,

We’re excited to announce the launch of bimonthly community catch-up meetings designed to foster stronger connections, share updates, and provide guidance for new and experienced members.

What to Expect:

  • Get to Know Your Community: Meet fellow OpenMRS enthusiasts and share your experiences.
  • Project Updates: Discuss what you’re working on, share challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Guidance for Newcomers: Learn how to get started with OpenMRS, from installation to contributing to the project.
  • Code and Non-Code Contributions: Discover various ways to contribute, whether you’re a developer, writer, or designer.
  • Open Discussion: Share ideas, ask questions, and discuss the future of OpenMRS.

Meeting Schedule: The meetings will be happing every two Tuesdays

  • When: Tuesday, 29 October 2024 at 6:30pm IST | 4pm Nairobi | 3pm Cape Town | 1pm UTC | 9am EST | 6am PST.
