allocating Jira issues and know what where to change and wants needed

Question: how can i allocate the issue and know what to do or change on it. anyone to help?

Hey @snow, you have to first claim an issue like the below image

after that work on the issue. When you completed the issue and raised a PR, add a comment to the issue mentioning your GitHub PR link, and tag maintainers like the below image

and mark the status as Code Review Initial like the below image

this also help maintainers to view the status of the issue.

this is what they said, i should do: but ho do i describe my PR in best way? Please put the update in the PR description. Also, please re-read the JIRA issue carefully. This creates a service, but by itself, this isn’t very useful. The JIRA issue is about an already existing service. Please re-read the issue, think about what it’s asking you to do. If you’re not clear on that, I’d suggest picking another issue to start from. If you’re having questions about how to go about implementing the ticket, the right place to discuss it is either on Talk or Slack not here.

I’m going to close this PR because it needs to be completely re-written to match the ticket, but feel free to reopen once it’s clearer what the ticket is actually asking for.
