On OpenMRS 2.2.0+, core liquibase updates from the UI must be done by the admin user only. In the past, users with SysAdmin privileges were also allowed to perform the update. This has been problematic since we don’t always know the changed/strong admin password. (I know there is a work-around, but that’s inconvenient.)
I don’t believe there is an error, but that the GUI user for OpenMRS liquibase updates must be ‘admin’. When I land on this next time, I’ll capture the log file. Thanks @dkayiwa. You amaze me.
