Question: How can I add allergies for every visit of patient , and it should get saved in every visit for further use. ???
Actually yes for me it is , I have changed the allergies field into prescription and added a print button for printing that prescription, i.e Dr. can add prescription and can give the printout to the patient. But their is one issue for every visit Dr. gives new prescription so the old one is deleted and new ones should be added . So for that I need something like visit notes in which every visits prescription can be seen…
