2023 GSoC: Responsiveness & Tablet-based Needs for OpenMRS 3

Hello everyone!

I’m thrilled to contribute to an OpenMRS-related project for Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2023. The proposed project seeks to increase OpenMRS 3’s tablet usability and responsiveness.

As OpenMRS advances to a contemporary, web-based platform, it’s critical to make sure the application is user-friendly and responsive on devices with various screen sizes, especially tablets. The goal of this project is to identify the OpenMRS 3 user interface features that could be made more tablet-friendly and easy to use, as well as implement those changes.

Listed below are some examples of particular roles that could be part of this project:

  1. Analyzing OpenMRS 3’s current user interface to identify places that could be made better for tablet use.
  2. Updating instructions on using OpenMRS 3 on devices.

are you able to get the concrete requirements for this project. I suppose there should be a wiki that describes well the project and its objectives in detail.
