Key Points:

• We’ve just started updating the Tech Radar based on feedback in this Community Survey (it’s still open!); more to be done over the course of the next few TAC calls.
• Radar/Tech Advice changes made today:
  • Carbon Design System added to Adopt
  • Bootstrap moved to Hold, since there are no plans to adopt it further, and we don’t want to cause confusion while we are putting more emphasis on Carbon
  • “Reference Application as Framework” was renamed “Reference Application as Foundation” to sound less confusing
• General agreement voiced for GSOC '21 projects that have been proposed
