Thursday is almost here again. On this week’s Strategy and Operations meeting, we’ll continue to work through how we can enable greater engagement and facilitate contributions from donors, philanthropies, and digital health gurus outside of our community by strengthening our governance structure.
Here’s the high level agenda:
- Strengthening engagement and partnerships with key stakeholders Q3 Goal: Review and strengthen the OpenMRS governance structure to enable contributions of different partnership cadres
- Fundraising Updates Q3 Goal: Mobilize resources to support community and squad operations
- OMRS20 Virtual Implementer’s Meeting Q3 Goal: Plan and organize a virtual OMRS20 Implementer’s meeting
