It’s almost time for our weekly Operations call. For the past few weeks, we’ve had one agenda item lurking at the bottom of our agenda: Q3 Goals. This week, we’ll begin integrating our Q3 goals into our discussion. So here’s what our agenda for this week is starting to look like:

- Partnerships Q3 Goal: Partnership Cadres and Governance - Q3/Q4 target cadres, Advisory Council
- Operations Q3 Goal: Fundraising/Resource Mobilization - Notice D | PLIR, pre-award status, current opportunities
- Community Engagement Q3 Goal: OMRS20 - dates, budget, and registration
