Nhial Lam Khor, is the Founder and Chief executive officer (CEO) of JICTS Limited. He has a master degree in information technology and innovation (2016-2018) at Nkumba University, Uganda, and bachelor of science in software engineering and Apps dev.t (2010-2015) at Bugema University, Uganda. He has extensive experience working in the domain area of health informatic (digital health), data analytic, database design and management, advanced web based system software development and management . He has worked as Health info. System specialist for IntraHealth-International (IHI) South Sudan, system administrator /computers support technician for Bugema university, and Nkumba university in 2013-2015, 2016-2018 respectively, database officer/administrator for South Sudan Statistic commission in 2011-2012. He has an intensive experience working for USAID,CDC and PEFAR funded projects in the areas of program development and quality control, monitoring and evaluation ( 2012, 2015-2016,2018 to date) in South Sudan. He has served as an evaluation and survey consultant to several governments and international development organizations such as IntraHealth international (South Sudan), Save the Children International, South Sudan Red Cross etc. He is a renowned evaluator with over seven years of experience in the field of evaluation, data quality assessments(DQA), capacity building and motivational speaking in many areas of business entrepreneurship and career dev.t. He provides technical backstopping in the design and automation of M&E systems, developing databases for many INGOs/Government surveys contracts with several clients.
