While installing Openmrs SDK i got an error after running mvn clean install openmrs-sdk:run

After successful setup of the OPENMRS SDK- with java 8 and MySQL 5.7 versions plus other requirements. Am wondering why I first failed with Java 11 JDK?

Hi @jkiggwe at the moment you need java 8 , java 11 is not yet supported. If you want to run the Reference application you will need java 8. Great to know you succeeded.

You can use Java 11 when installing platform 2.4.0 or Reference Application 2.12.0. Any version less than that Java 8 is good to go.
