@herbert24 Why are the tickets in a Google document? Why not create a board on Jira so that they are in a single tool

@ssmusoke This is the original post I made a few weeks ago regarding this where the JIRA board was shared.
We were asked to mention what action needed to be done and I asked @mozzy and @herbert24 to be more explicit.
