you can get it from C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9\logs

look at Catalina.out

do you need catalina.date.log?

Now I have restarted openmrs from tomcat manager. It took me to the following page.

I have copied all the modules and owas to their respective folders from refApp 2.13 and getting the same error in 2.5, as before I was getting in 2.4.

You had to use the Addon manager .It would help out .
