Testing new Migration of Encounter Diagnosis feature

Thanks @ruhanga, according to what you actually experienced did you prove that the migration happened?

There was absolutely no migration of the diagnosis data (in this case from the obs table to the encounter_diagnosis table) as was expected after upgrading the emrapi module to 1.25.0-SNAPSHOT.

was the missing ingredient in the test . .

The migration is now a success.
