I think we should also have qa and uat environments for the OpenMRS Platform release. That needs to be tested also.

Further, is there some reason we can’t give the servers more meaningful names in this scenario? E.g. int-platform and int-refapp instead of int01and int02.

Agreed. Alternatively, we could use aliases (e.g., int-platform.openmrs.org → int01.openmrs.org).
