Rebuilt https://ci.openmrs.org/browse/OP-OPM/latest. This was a transient failure.

Updated POM to fix https://ci.openmrs.org/browse/BAC-BACM/latest (appears not to have been released since we were using SVN)

Thanks @gcliff for taking the lead on notifying us about the broken builds that need to be fixed!

Since @cintiadr already has a lot on her infra plate, i suggest that you do not mention her. Let us first give ourselves a chance to fix them and we shall go to her only if we strongly feel that the failure is cased by something that needs to be fixed in infrastructure.

I know this has been happening every so often. Let’s starting using the same topic from now on, to simplify who will get involved. Before reporting a red build, do the following: Look the logs. Do they seem like a transient error like ‘timeout’ or similar? Do they complain about lack of disk space? Just try to run it again. They might go green and there’s nothing to report.
