I don’t think the next date is set, but they try to run events every 6 months. The last one was at the end of 2014.
So don’t move to Bangalore just yet. 
We as OpenMRS are asked to supply one or more tasks for the hackathon. There will also be an opportunity for people to participate … but they are separate needs.
