‘mvn openmrs-sdk:help -U’ should have worked as well. Maybe, @tmarzeion posted the info about the release before it was actually released

PS. I’ve fixed Dockerfile bug (SDK-178) and released version 3.4.6 of SDK, so it works better now.

@raff @tmarzeion is it possible to run the build-distro task to only create the WAR file and not the docker info?
