What happens when you re-run the test?
I have reported this after my second re-run
Are you able to reproduce the issue locally?
when i change headless to true, it passes but headless to false it fails with mherman22@kuntakinte:~/Documents/git-repositories/git-openmrs/openmrsQA/openmrs- - Pastebin.com
Does it pass with firefox driver when headless=false ?
